The hotel is situated on the 3rd floor which you reach by lift, the room was rustic and clean, we overlooked the via tribunali and watched the masses of people weave their way through, so much to see that you need to visit this area a few times to take it all inreception staff at this hotel were very helpful,and advised us about various places.

The BNBis located down a cool alleyway/sidestreet that is lined with bookstores and just a stones-throw from Piazza Bellini which is a great hangout at night for a drink or two. It was always buzzing with people every night when we were there.

We stayed in one of the rooms by the kitchen/tv area and you could definitely hear breakfast being made and people congregating for a drink late night. Nothing too loud but I would imagine rooms to the left when you walk into the front (i.e., away from the kitchen and tv) are more quiet.

Definitely a contrast to the hustle and bustle of Napoli, which is also a great city in its own right.Breakfast seemed extensive, with croissants, cereal, canned fruit and juice.

The European-style breakfast was yummy and convenient and the restaurant downstairs was one of our best meals in Naples.

In the end, our reaction may have been a little over the top as the room was pretty clean and well-equipped, and the staff ended up being nice and helpful, but no one stays always on-site at the hotel, usually in the morning and in the afternoon. At last, always were the staff when we needed something. At last always we felt safety

My taxi driver showed me where to go and later I was able to help another visitor find the entrance.The arrangement with no staff on site is a bit strange but there was no issues till the end of stay.

I took a taxi and am glad I did as the hotel was a little hard to find tucked behind a fenced parking area with only a lift and a sign on the ground floor.

Excellent Customer Service and LocatonNaples was our first stop on our trip to Italy and we were pleasantly surprised by what we found as we had heard/read so many negative comments.

There is a common little lounge... no-one seems to use it, the rooms are enough... but it has a nice book library if you're looking to swap a book for that Jack Reacher novel you haven't read.

Good was “La locanda del Grifo”, the restaurant greatly recommend by Marco. The service was professional and Marco very friendly and helpful.

Had everything we needed and the breakfasts delivered to the door were a fun change from usual.But if you enjoy smaller, more personal locations it's great.

Every night we have ordered the breakfast, which was good and fresh, but nothing to write home about. If all you need is ham and cheese, eggs (boiled, scrambled or fried), butter, jam, various coffees and fresh buns, then you can't beat the price - EUR 5/pers.

I think they planned to be there from my email, but didn't think it worthwhile to email me back telling me that. I went through the same thing to check out.I have to add that the beds are not too soft, but we like them hard and we always slept well.

We didn't have a working phone while traveling, but we could use Wi-Fi to email them, and that worked fairly well, although they didn't always respond.

A very helpful contribution to a wild and wonderful weekend.Its not a normal hotel, its more like a huge house where you have rented a room. There is not always someone at the reception. The only comment I want to make is the absence of the staff, most of the times.
