Our room was big enough to host a party (not that we did) and breakfast was more than adequate.

All round excellent. Location 10 minutes from Metro in old city.We booked directly on the hotel website.

I loved the hussle and bustle, the scooters whizzing everywhere, veg shops, fishmongers, a working area.

Yes alot of the buildings were in need of attention and yes there was washing hanging out of the windows but this just added to my experience.

The staff was quite nice and if you are confused about getting to the train station, just ask them and they will draw on a map some good routes.

SECOND TIP would be to try out the restaurant directly below the hotel which was really great and there are two famous and really amazing pizza places down the street which definitely require a visit!

The locals are really nice but, as I was saying before, if you aren't used to it, it can initially be really intimidating. I have had better breakfasts but not at this price.

The only downside is the poor breakfast but there are so many coffee shops in the area that you can easily pick something up on the way.

A taxi brought us from the train station to the hotel, it was about 20 euros.

Our family walked all over Naples and at night it's a bustling area with nice inexpensive shopping, a grocery store, pizza place, lots of kids out on motos....we loved it.

The staff was great. Helped us get a ferry to Capri and they helped us get to Pompei and back.

We ended up in the bed and breakfast portion and stayed in the same room (huge room with two balconys and the handheld shower head in the bathroom).

We stayed our first 2 nights in the normal hotel, the room was spacious and there was a great balcony facing the street, the bathroom was small but manageable.

The last night made up for the first 2 nights, they moved us to the bed and breakfast area and the room was amazing, it was huge, the bed was so soft there were 2 balconies, a flat screen tv and overall it was a 4 star room.

One strange thing was that the shower head was handheld, which was kind of strange at first but not a big deal to me or my boyfriend really.

While this is great for being in the centre of things and having good eating & drinking opportunities nearby, it does involve a bit of a hike to & from the airport bus stop and the Circumvesuviana.

Despite the bed, I slept fine and it didn't bother me too badly.

Had a wonderful long weekend here - the hotel and staff are charming and the housekeeping is immaculate.

We arrived on the train from south Italy and after a short taxi journey (20 euro) from the main train station, we pulled up outside a large wooden door with a small sign for the hotel.

We booked a double room with a single bed added and we were delighted with the light, airy room on the courtyard.

Thought we were going to a hotel, but no it's b&b, it is worth it's 3 stars as I don't think there is a hotel any where in Naples, except for the sea view hotels.
