the other is waiting on you so you do have to give an take in this hotel, but saying that it is much quieter than nearer the train station, it is noisy all night as the Italians do,

The lady of reception was very kindly and helpful. She helped us to plan an itinerary for our three day stay in Naples and explained how to use the Metro and funicular.

I was lucky enough to get the last room, and they were perfectly helpful when I later arranged for a friend to share it with me.

The happy couple got one of the larger rooms, which was quite splendid, although we had a smaller, but perfectly adequate one.

Housekeeping was spotty upon arrival, but after being told, everything was extremely well-maintained....

The hotel, despite being right in the middle of the city was quiet and relaxed, and nobody minded at all the presence of carousing guests in the wee hours.

Its not a normal hotel, its more like a huge house where you have rented a room.

I am not a big fan of front desks, receptions, i.e. hotels, so I loved being the temporary owner of the 3 keys that lead up to our room in this no full time reception hotel...

We did not realize this hotel was a BNBeven though it had high ratings.

We didn't have a working phone while traveling, but we could use Wi-Fi to email them, and that worked fairly well, although they didn't always respond.

If all you need is ham and cheese, eggs (boiled, scrambled or fried), butter, jam, various coffees and fresh buns, then you can't beat the price - EUR 5/pers.
