Our sites comply with the security protocols necessary to guarantee privacy and safeguard the data of the credit cards entered. With regard to the latter, it is important to note that payments (in the case of purchases with prepayment) are finalized on the websites of PayPal or Stripe –gatway world leaders ofe-commerce – which means that no credit card data is sent to us through the sites but managed directly by provider chosen by the user during the purchase. Only in the case of the purchase with payment sent back to the hotel, the credit card details required as a guarantee are sent to us with the appropriate form through an encrypted system (starting with https – the Hyper Text Transfer Protocol over Secure Socket Layer – which is the protocol for secure communication through a computer network used on the Internet). The data we receive is stored indoors and then destroyed when the service is finished.
